Q: What’s your standard turn around time?
A: 4 to 7 days for orders of 200 pieces or less; and 7 to 10 days for orders of 200 pieces or more. Please note that we may be available to meet shorter deadlines upon request.
Q: How much do you charge for an order of less than one dozen items?
A: One dozen is our minimum order. We do not fulfill orders that are less than twelve pieces.
Q: Will you print on our supplied tshirts, and other garments?
A: Yes we will print on your supplied items, however due to varying specifications on garments we do not provide, we are not responsible for undesirable results.
Q: What are your standard business hours?
A: Our standard business hours are 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., but we are available to accept phone calls or emails outside of those hours.
